Setiyaki has created a special menu reflecting his vast culinary pedigree featuring an array of creative sushi rolls such as the New Jersey Roll with tuna, eel, avocado and fish roe, the Fujiyama Roll with shrimp tempura and cucumber topped with kani salad and the Katana Roll which combines avocado, spicy tuna, cucumber and seaweed topped with yellowtail and of coursepopular classics such as the California Roll and Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll. A selection of premium sake and specialty Japanese beer are also available to perfectly pair guests' sushi and sashimi experience.'"
