 Rules

1. Respect all ranks above your own
2. Dont mess with other players stuff
3. No glitching, hacking, or spamming in anyway, any of these are an immediate Permaban
4.  Follow New Life Rule (NLR). You cannot return to where you died for 3 minutes. This also means that you do not remember anything that happened in your former life.
   
5.  Do not RDM. RDM stands for Random Death Match where you kill someone or multiple people for no reason.
   
6. no racism,  no harsh words directed towards others
7. no mic spam
8.  Prop minging is not allowed. Prop minging consists of prop blocking, prop surfing, prop climbing, prop spamming, prop clipping, prop killing, building in spawn, building in someone's base, and building while you are raiding.
   
9. You must follow your jobs description, and abide by it's rules. You cannot make up any jobs, unless they make sense.
   
10. No random warranting and wanting. You must have actual evidence to want/warrant someone.
    
11. CP May not assist in crimes, but may accept bribes
12. If someone is not doing their job, demote them, however, do not random demote. Do not demote for server rules, if there is an administrator on.
    
13. If you are going to make a fading door, the keypad needs to be near or on the door, and obvious to which door it operates.
    
14. Only the Police Chief and Mayor can build in the nexus. The CP Chief may make defenses, but he can not making fading doors, no collided props, or block off an area in any way.
    
15. Hobos are the only ones allowed to build in public. This means no ridiculously sized structures. 
    
16. Do not buy doors if you are not going to use them.
    
17. During a lockdown, nobody can shoot on sight, unless they're in the nexus.
    
18. Admin or any rank that is higher is not aloud to give away money to anyone for free unless you are buying something off of someone .
19. Admin are not aloud to give player weapons unless someone is missing a weapon that is supposed to come with their job.
