Founded in 2005, Shades Development Group, LLC (SDG) is a real estate development and consulting firm specializing in affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization. SDG focuses on investments in underserved and undervalued urban areas identifying projects that have the potential to act as a catalyst for revitalization in a community.
SDG also supports public agencies and private companies, both non-profit and for-profit, in the achievement of their affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization objectives through the provision of quality value added consulting and management services, including strategic planning, community engagement, project management, program management and compliance, asset management and advisory services, and Section 3 employment and business development.
